Workshop
These workshops focus on nurturing our connection to ourselves.
Every year, nature reminds us of life in cycles. Everything constantly changing, transforming in time. But often, at the speed of the cities, we don’t allow ourselves to contemplate and resonate with the gifts of nature. We are in a hurry to tick all the boxes on our calendar, and we are disconnected from our inner, vital compass.
Join this workshop to explore the meaning of cycles and self-compassion through reflections, poetry, creativity and mindfulness.

Loss, death and grief. Sometimes, we don't want to talk about our pain, whereas there is a need to share thoughts and feelings related to grief and to feel more ‘okay’ in this process.
For some, grief is a lonely time. To be able to listen and share stories related to our sufferings is an important tool in our mental health kit.
Therapeutic Conversations
Join us in a conversation once a month.

Important
This is not group therapy but an open circle, a safe space to explore the theme of grief in life.
