Therapeutic Conversations

Loss, death and grief. ​There are moments when we don't want to talk about our pain, whereas there is a need to share thoughts and feelings related to grief and to feel more ‘okay’ with ourselves in this process.

For some, grief is a lonely time. To be able to listen and share stories related to our sufferings is an important tool in our mental health kit.

This is not group therapy but an open circle, a safe space to explore the theme of grief in life.
