How does it work?

Vital Kompass

There are different ways to awaken and nurture our vital compass.

Society often values external achievements and staying updated. While "information is power", there's a lack of validation for the inner world and its role in well-being.

The pressure for constant productivity can make self-care seem unimportant, but balancing the external world and inner awareness is vital.

Understanding our emotions, feelings, and thoughts helps us navigate comfort zones, biases, and reactions to the world. Self-awareness fosters respect, trust, and deeper dialogues, essential for healing and making informed decisions.

Awareness

The essence of sharing is compassion and inclusion. In listening to a story of pain and suffering, the sharing process brings validation and healing. In distributing food, the sharing permits more dignity to the ones receiving it. When exploring a theme together, knowledge gets multiplied.

Y​ou are invited to share your perceptions, thoughts and feelings as you explore the topics with us. The principles are to be respectful of others and to bring your heart to participate in the discussions. Everything shared from the hearts makes us more whole.

Sharing

We often hear about ways to tackle challenges, expand consciousness, and make meaningful changes, but true transformation happens only through purposeful experience. While we spend much time in our heads, our bodies must live actively. Experiencing life fully, with our minds in tune with our bodies, creates and enhances new brain connections.

Joseph Campbell, a renowned mythologist, emphasised that we seek not just cognitive understanding but also to feel our bodies are alive and expressive. Experiencing life through sensations, emotions, and thoughts helps us find and create more profound meaning.

Experience

Ethics, from the Greek word “ethos”, meaning habits or ways of living, guides us toward being moral individuals. It differs subtly from “morality” by emphasising a process that encourages critical thinking based on the principle of treating others as we wish to be treated – the golden rule. Ethics provides a framework for questioning societal norms.

Historically, during periods like slavery, laws justified owning other humans despite moral objections. Ethics, however, compels individuals to recognise and resist injustices. As a society, fostering ethical awareness involves applying kindness and sincerity in our thoughts, words and actions to facilitate meaningful change.
